Eric R. Heiberg is a business law attorney and a partner with the Minneapolis law firm of Coleman, Hull & van Vliet, PLLP. Eric represents design professionals environmental consultants, consulting firms, contractors, owners, and other businesses as an advisor, contract negotiator and litigator. Eric acts as both a general counsel and litigation counsel for a number of his clients and offers advice and expertise in contract law and negotiation, construction law and litigation, employment law, licensing law, environmental law and commercial litigation.
