Bill Hull has been in private practice for 27 years. He has served as outside general counsel for small and medium sized businesses, advising management and supervising outside counsel on a variety of issues. He has litigated and arbitrated complex commercial, construction and employment cases in federal and state court and before arbitration panels throughout the United States. In addition to his litigation experience, Bill has advised clients on shareholder disputes and business valuation issues, mergers and acquisitions, and has negotiated and drafted contracts, leases, employment agreements, real estate purchase and financing.

In more recent years, Bill has increasingly focused his practice on mediation and arbitration, including commercial, corporate, construction and employment disputes. He has been on the American Arbitration Association panel of arbitrators for over 20 years, and is a Qualified Neutral under Rule 114 of the Rules of Practice for Minnesota State District Courts.
