Steve Little is a partner with the firm and serves his clients’ litigation needs in all forums including federal and state jury trials, court trials, arbitration and appeals. Steve represents title insurers, title agents, lenders, commercial landlords, small businesses and individuals. He also advises and represents his clients in real estate transactions. Steve graduated eleventh overall in his law school class.

• TSM Development, Inc. v. Chicago Title Insurance, No. A05-212 (Minn. Ct. App. 2005) (interpreting whether water and sewer connection fees imposed by a municipality under Minn. Stat. § 444.075 were covered under policies of title insurance)
