John Markert represents clients who have issues related to commercial construction projects of various sizes, including litigation, arbitration and pre-litigation disputes. John’s clients include design professionals, developers, general contractors, owners, sub-contractors and suppliers. In addition to handling construction disputes, John also assists his clients with contract negotiations, general employment and corporate matters, asset recovery, as well as representing clients in real estate transactions. John worked in the construction industry for 16 years prior to joining Coleman, Hull & van Vliet in 2001.
