Jeffrey Scott primarily represents banks, lenders, financial institutions, and title insurance companies.  Jeff’s practice focuses on representing clients in loan workouts, real estate remedies and litigation, creditors’ rights, commercial litigation, mortgage foreclosures, and bankruptcy and collection matters.  Following law school, Jeff was a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Steven D. Wheeler of the Second Judicial District, Ramsey County, Minnesota.
